Heading into the holiday break, we need your help to decide our men’s player of the week for Dec. 15-21 by voting in the poll below. Here are our top five men’s candidates and a recap of their outstanding performances from across week seven of the college basketball season.

The Wayne-Finger Lakes boys hockey team is undefeated on the season, and goalie Nathan Zimmerman is a big reason why. In two games last weekend, Zimmerman made 66 saves. He stopped 36 in a win over Churchville-Chili on Sunday.

The KELOLAND Sports Game of the Week will return when the calendar flips to 2026, and the first six games of basketball slate have been decided. Each game will have live coverage beginning art 7 p.m.

Achane has established himself as one of the best running backs in the NFL in year three of his career. He has been the star of this Dolphins offense while the passing game has consistently struggled. The quarterback change from Tua Tagovailoa to Quinn Ewers paid little dividends in another blowout loss.
